 Taizhou Huangyan Jiyou Mould Co., Ltd. is located in Huangyan Industrial Zone, Zhejiang Province, which is specialized in designing and manufacturing plastic injection moulds. At present, there are more than 50 technical and vocational training staff, among 100 staff, 30 technical staff is engaged in designing and manufacturing the injection mould of electrical household appliances and automobiles. Our annual production value is more than RMB 15 million. We obtain a series of CNC processing center (1600, 1270 and 1020 model) made in Taiwan Area, and precision EDM machine, precision linear cutting machine and all kinds of CNC lathes, CNC grinding machines, CNC drilling machines and CNC milling machines for manufacturing, testing and debugging. Our design department is equipped with more than 20 sets of the first-class CAD/CAM operating system to work on mould design, processing design to cooperate with the processing center. Our company has devoted ourselves to developing and studying injection moulds for more than 10 years and accumulated affluent experience. Moreover, we frequently carry on technical cooperation with customers. We began with designing and producing small size electrical household appliances and refrigerators, but with gradual development. Our company now is engaged in manufacturing injection moulds of vacuum cleaner, air-conditioner, washing machine, automobile and motorcycle.
